About Custom Orders

Our custom orders are currently closed! We do take limited custom requests on occasion though, so check back and watch our social media for announcements!

Custom orders require a 50% deposit, and will take approximately 6-12 weeks. Every piece is handmade, from start to finish.  Each form is thrown and shaped on the wheel, decorated, fired once, then glazed, and fired again to cone 10 in reduction.  If the order doesn't come out of the kiln to our standards it may take longer as we will remake it until it meets our standards.

Due to of the handmade nature of our work, no refunds will be issued for custom orders. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out, we are happy to help.
