Do you take custom orders?
Why is your shop empty?
We do! We only take custom orders for styles we already make, and we only take a very limited number of custom orders each time. We do not replicate other artists work, or do trademarked characters. Custom pieces require a nonrefundable deposit of 50% upfront, and will take anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks to complete. Custom orders are not eligible for returns.
What is your return policy?
We hold shop updates approximately every 6 weeks, and the shop stays open for about two weeks, or until all items have sold. After that point, the shop will be closed until the next update, so we can focus on making our next batch of goodies! Check our announcement banner or social media for the date of the next update if the shop is closed.
What clay/glaze do you use?
We will gladly accept returns of any unbroken items for 60 days after you receive them. No returns will be accepted after 60 days. The item must be packaged securely in its original packaging and arrived undamaged to receive a refund. Custom orders are not eligible for returns.
The type of clay we use varies, as do the glazes, but we share all that information in our listings, and in our gallery. We also have a blog with resources and glaze recipes! We believe in being open source, so nothing we use is a secret. We currently fire to cone 10 in reduction.
