Set of 2 Double Handled Floral and Vine Soup Mugs  #2002
 
Sometimes a bowl is just not the right vessel, but neither is a cup. In comes the bowl with a handle! These cuties are basically a bowl with double handles! Perfect for soup, these pretty mug bowls were thrown on the wheel out of a white stoneware clay, handles were attached, decorated with blue and green slips in a floral pattern and glazed with a pale blue celadon. They were fired to cone 10 in reduction. 
This listing is for the set of bowls. The handles run horizontally right around the lip, opposite of each other to make stacking in your cabinets easier. 
 
As with all of our pottery, these bowls are food, dishwasher and microwave safe. 
 
We number all of our pottery for collection and storage purposes. This set is numbered 2002, and is one of a kind.
